GNIST - A partnership for the workplace of the future

GNIST consists of two modern office buildings with a total of 3,000 workplaces, and we have been involved from the early phase - in close cooperation with both the property owner and tenants - long before the building opened.

Since August, Compass Group has had full responsibility for the deliveries, which include:

• Food and beverage services: A large food court, buffet restaurant, two coffee bars and a 24-hour kiosk.
• Meeting center : An extensive conference area operated according to our concept Møtekompaniet , available for both internal and external customers.
• Service Hosts : Our dedicated staff handle daily administrative support and service.
• Cleaning : Carried out in collaboration with Eir Renhold - part of Compass Group and a leader in cleaning services.
• Hard FM : We are responsible for the technical operation and maintenance of over 70,000 m², in collaboration with technical advisors to ensure optimal function and quality.

GNIST is more than a building - it is a partnership between tenants, landlord and Compass Group, and represents a new standard for integrated service solutions. We look forward to welcoming both internal and external users to a building filled with energy, quality and service.
