Completed the acquisition of Norway-based 4Service
(January 17, 2025) Compass Group Norway, part of the world’s leading provider of food and support services, has officially completed the acquisition of Norway-based 4Service following approval from the Norwegian Competition Authority.

After the proposed acquisition was submitted to the Norwegian Competition Authority for review in November 2024, the Authority has now given its approval. This marks the start of the integration process between the two companies.
